Control system for surface Mounted BOP Stacks

The control system for surface mounted BOP stacks (hereinafter called control system for short) is an important equipment for controlling wellhead BOP stacks, choke valve and kill valve; and is an indispensable device for the prevention of well blow out during drilling and workover operations. It is mainly used to control the high-pressure oil from the oil pump and store it in the accumulator tank.. When the control system needs to open or close preventers , the high-pressure oil form the accumulator, via the 3-position,4-way control valve of the control manifold, is distributed into each control object (preventer).The control system includes two models according to the control mode, one is Model FKQ hydraulic control system equipped with driller's panel to remotely control BOP stack and often used in drilling operation; the other is Model FK manual control system that is often used in drilling and workover operation.

Part of control systems may be equipped with alarm, standby nitrogen system, pressure compensator and auxiliary control desk according to customers' requirements.
